A man has been shot dead at a Breonna Taylor protest in Louisville after a white man opened fire on peaceful demonstrators in a crowded park, according to local police. At least two people were shot - one fatally - in the incident at Jefferson Square Park in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, at around 9 p.m. Saturday. Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies performed life-saving measures on an unidentified male victim but he died at the scene.

Notice how the race of the man who was shot is not given. That means the guy was white.
I would question this...the protest (at least from news sources) appears to have been mostly a BLM-led episode.
My guess is that the “protesters” tried to assault an armed man.
In an assault by a group, their numbers constitute a “disparity of force” against an individual, who may thus reasonably conclude that his life is in danger and respond with deadly force.

It looks to me like an occupy type of encampment, so the guy in the video was probably one of the “protesters” shooting at another one, probably a personal grudge. Just like CHAZ or CHOP or whatever their “peaceful” little hell-hole was named.

According to the live streamer of this last night the guy is a homeless man who was kicked out of the protest for one reason or another and came back with a gun and started firing random shots.
All of the ‘talkers’ of BLM are black. In the case of CHOP (Seattle), you had a minor contingent of BLM people...mixing with Antifa.
In the case of DC and NY showings of BLM, the guys running the shows are all black. If you see whites in the background...these are simply college kids with participation in Antifa.

Well, if it makes you feel better the live streamer guy said, “I can’t confirm it but that’s everyone is saying and is the general consensus”.
Notice how the rag newspaper is careful to tell us that it was a White man. As HandBasketHell points out, they didn’t tell us the dead man’s race, so it means he was White.
I wouldn't expect anything less than this typical asinine story telling disguised as journalism. This infuses the brains of corrupted minds.
It is a communist movement. Comrades are not divided up into racial groups during the insurrection.
