The Washington TImes ^ | June 30, 2020 | James LaPorta, AP

Top officials in the White House were aware in early 2019 of classified intelligence indicating Russia was secretly offering bounties to the Taliban for the deaths of Americans, a full year earlier than has been previously reported, according to U.S. officials with direct knowledge of the intelligence.

The assessment was included in at least one of President Donald Trump’s written daily intelligence briefings at the time, according to the officials. Then-National Security Adviser John Bolton also told colleagues at the time that he briefed Trump on the intelligence assessment in March 2019.

Well if it isn't our good ol' boy Traitor John, again. He must be a nasty bitter twisted piece of work, at least a 7 on the Soros scale which runs from 0-10.

Just the latest in the “get Trump” playbook.

Yeah, Trump knew and did NOTHING! I wanted to drop nukes on them, but Trump said no. /s

The media is making this out to be some big revelation. Even if true, it’s a nothingburger. In reality, Obama proceeded with his plan to fund the Iranian nuclear program while American service personnel had been take hostage. And the media cheered him on. And Trump is modernizing the nuclear force with a view to preserving the ability to vaporize Russia, while continuing to fund Ukraine’s efforts to ward off any further Russian incursions on to its soil. Obama kept putting off nuclear modernization while funding Ukraine on a shoestring.

AP Sources

AP = "Always Propaganda"

The Washington Times does not operate like the AP, but in this case they make me wonder about their motives.

but in this case they make me wonder about their motives.

That they let it be known that the likely source AP is relying on is Traitor John? Seems like an honest motive to me.

I am concerned that this falsehood is being created so as to cause our military enlisted men and women to doubt his commitment to them.

“The Washington Times does not operate like the AP, but in this case they make me wonder about their motives.”

Seems like they are reporting a story and not taking a side in it. I believe that is called journalism.

I wondered about that until I saw the part about Bolton. WTs is not saying it was JB, but, it was JB.

Just two days ago, he didn't mention this VERY relevant, *ahem*, “fact” to Chuck Toad, who interviewed him on Meet the Press.

But now we're told he knew about in since early 2019?

Liar, liar pants on fire!

If Bolton actually said that, he’s in trouble. I don’t think he actually said that.
