Gov. Tom Wolf and health secretary Dr. Rachel Levine on Wednesday expanded on their previous order that everyone must wear masks inside businesses, saying masks are now required whenever anyone leaves home. It takes effect immediately.
“This mask-wearing order is essential to stopping the recent increase in COVID-19 cases we have seen in Pennsylvania,” Wolf said. “Those hot spots can be traced to situations where Pennsylvanians were not wearing masks or practicing social distancing – two practices that must be adhered to if we want to maintain the freedoms we have in place under our reopening.”
Wolf cited the Disease Prevention and Control Act as giving authority for the order.

It requires a mask in situations including being in an outdoor area when it’s impossible to consistently stay at least six feet away from people who aren’t members of the same household and working in any space visited by the general public. It allows some exceptions, which as when a medical or mental health condition prevents someone from wearing a mask, or when someone is operating equipment or doing work where a mask would cause a safety hazard.
The order will be sent to state and local officials, law enforcement and others tasked with educating people who don’t comply with the order, according to a news release.
While Wolf has said a person breaks the law if they don’t wear a mask in situations such as entering a store, he and Levine have also downplayed the possibility of prosecuting violators. They have likened it to things like wearing shirts and shoes inside businesses that require them, or stopping at stop signs, saying people do those things not out of fear of punishment, but because they understand it’s the right thing.
And now for something completely different ... social distancing slows down herd immunity and prolongs the the flu. Additionally, social distancing and washing your paws every five minutes leaves you susceptible to other viruses and bacteria. This may have a negative short to medium term effect on people's health. Masks do little to protect you, if anything at all. The so-called experts have been back and forth on all of these things. They are not doing science. They are doing social engineering.
It is time to destroy the lives of every stinking leftist and Rat. Do whatever you can to make their lives a living hell. Their lives do not matter.

I live in PA and can tell you that people are getting pretty impatient waiting for Trump to come to our rescue on sh*t like this.
He needs to fire Fauci yesterday and start touting declining death rates loud and often.
DE needs to add to the sign on I-95 that says tax free shopping. Add mask free and pi$$ off both governors.

I live in PA too, and people I’ve talked too aren’t impatient with Trump at all. But they are sick and tired of the ridiculous changing orders, moving goalposts and callous disregard for truth and life that they are seeing from Wolf & Levine.
This new “order” is ridiculous. My guess is the PA economy was rebounding too quickly so they need to push us all down again.
Have any Republicans in the Legislature reacted to this yet? So far as I can tell its crickets.
