The father said his son was special needs. He was born at 25 weeks. He was easily influenced. He said that if someone had said let’s go down there to check it out, he would have.
“Special needs’’? At one time in America the term used was ‘retarded’’. In any event , all the more reason that father should have been sure to keep his mentally challenged son away from the crap hole.
