Because he’s Dalit?
How about because he’s White? You want to see a caste system/discriminatory hiring, interview with an Indian who has the power to hire.
I have heard many times about how a terminated USA citizen has to train his (usually) East Indian replacement or else forfeit his severance pay and any retirement funds due to him. I can see how a company can withhold the severance pay but retirement funds legally belong to the worker. I would think many lawsuits would have resulted from that. Of course spending thousands on legal fees may be a losing proposition in the long run ... depends on how much in retirement you have coming.
Even after Trumps H1B ban, still getting calls from filthy Indian Dalits.
The ban didnt go far enough. You should see the reddit H1B forum. All sorts of scheming Indians. A lot talking about finding some idiot American to marry. Immigration-based Marriage fraud will be going through the roof.
Luckily, Indians are the most racist on the planet. That and the permanent Indian body odor means not to many Non-Indians will partake in fake immigration marriages.
sounds very plausible
The law has ended the caste system in India, but it is still culturally and socially accepted by millions of Indians.

India is not alone:
Some folks in Japan, particularly in professions that get public attention - like politics or entertainment - will still today change their family name, because it is a family name long known as part of a lower caste. The issue even still can come into play with marriages, where parents and other family adults want to know the family background of some one’s intended spouse.
You see “race” is not the only way discrimination based on birth has been manifest in many places around the world.
“Luckily, Indians are the most racist on the planet. That and the permanent Indian body odor means not to many Non-Indians will partake in fake immigration marriages.”
They’ll marry an American and treat her like cr*p. It’s not like they treat their own women well.
Lets not forget the 200,000 H1B Chinese nationals. How many of them are here to cause an electronic Pearl Harbor? We can blame Linda Graham, if it happens.
Send the Chinese home now and phase out the Indians, and maybe we won’t see anymore 737 Max disasters.
ex-Tech worker
I received an inquiry from Infosys today. I never hear from Infosys directly. Always from their sleazy Dalit proxy body shops.
Maybe Trump’s order is showing minimal results.
InfoSys is a still a filthy Dalit company. Been sued many times for only hiring dot Indians.
This should be part of a Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement bill, missing since 1986 ONE TIME amnesty.
The List of Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement, missing since 1986 goes like this -
1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population);
7) Set up an illegal aliens victim restitution fund.
Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to SELF-deport, and remove colonizadors from our welfare rolls.
Seems reasonable.
This is extremely common any time you have Indians working here. They are some of the most class conscious people you will ever meet. They see nothing even slightly wrong with discrimination against those below their 'caste'.
Yet another reason to end H-1B NOW!!!!
Understandable, if he has had similar interactions with them to what I have.
Good grief. That such a thing exists speaks volumes about our problems.
Growing up, I have “known” a couple of Indian ladies. Actually, the smelled pretty good.
It’s not Indian ladies that absolutely dominate IT and software engineering in most of the world
The combination of sh!t, bad breath, smoke, curry, and body odor is a special ethnic stink that only Indian males possess.
