Given their disdain for opposing views it won’t surprise me if they change the House Rules to largely remove Republicans out of congressional processes. No more minority appointments to congressional committees, Republican members never allowed speaking time, bills and amendments only to be introduced with the consent of the majority leader, etc.
The filibuster should have ended long ago. What we have is the minority blocking anything that will help the other party no matter what. The senate long ago quit being the greatest deliberative body and became the greatest blocking body.
Yes I have and I understand your sympathies to his plight. What I have no sympathy for is career (criminal) politicians who knowingly have engaged in the kind of destructive behavior this man and his family have in the despoliation of American ethics. Maybe this is his personal hell on earth. I have no sympathy for my mortal enemies. My apologies to you if that disturbs you. Mortal enemies in my book are cut no quarter.
Actually this is a policy move that has been done before in both the French and Russian Revolutions. It destroys the two chamber process of legislative deliberation which was designed to allow for rational consideration of bills. Such an intent also makes sense as to why they need a President like Biden. He won’t understand that his Presidential power will also be liquidated in this change as well. The country will be run by the Speaker of the House.
I expect the Republicans to add a net of two more senators. The dems just gave Mitch the opening he needed to get rid of the filibuster.
When it comes to the Presidential election, I don’t see Trump losing any of the states he won before. PA has moved much more red than 2016. Plus I think he will win NH this time. That means Trump could win without MI, WI, and AZ. But I expect Trump to hold them and add MN. VA is a long shot, but the gun grabber and baby killer dems have really got the base riled up.
The Democrats believe they can move to full socialism in a massive legislative blitzkrieg: the New Deal 2.0, Great Society 2.), Green New Deal, single payer health care, open borders, gun confiscation, comprehensive racial quotas, sweeping censorship via "hate speech" regulation, etc., all rolled into one. And they are counting on there never being another competitive election in the United States. Their model is the one party system now existing in New York or California. That is the new norm that they intend to impose.
It seems we are on track for losing everything - the WH, The House, the Senate.
Just put it up for a vote BEFORE November. Watch the rats vote no to hedge their bets.
The liberal media cannot fool the entire country. They are one and the same as the DNC. They are raising tons of money to pay off the media for being obedient, doing exactly what they are told. Biden is in lock step with Sanders. Sanders will run the DNC. Biden is simply a useful idiot.
