A mother in Russellville, Ark., claimed that her six-year-old daughter was banned from a daycare because she wore a shirt that said, Black Lives Matter.
Journei Brockman has attended daycare at His Kids Preschool for six months, according to area outlet FOX 16.
She was told last Friday she could not return.
Brockmans mother, Deval Brockman, told the outlet her daughters school called her last Thursday, and an employee told her that she didnt like or agree with the shirt. The employee also asked that that Brockman not send her daughter to the school wearing it again.
Brockman said she reported the complaint to state officials, according to FOX 16. She claims she was told that her daughter could wear the shirt unless it contained profanity.
If Im supporting something, Im going to wear it, my child is going to wear it, to help say that our voice needs to be heard, Brockman said.
Journei Brockman returned to the preschool last Friday, wearing a different shirt with an image of a raised fist printed on the back. When Deval Brockman picked her daughter up at the end of the day, she was told her daughter was no longer welcome at the school.

Apparently mom believes preschoolers need a conversation about race.
Cause that’s what parents are for...putting their child’s life at risk.
On the left and the right, I hate it.
Leave them alone and out of it.
Teach them right and wrong and even to defend themselves verbally when they disagree with something...but don’t advertise on them at 6.
Does the D.C. also ban “all lives matter” gear?
Well, fair is fair.
Mom can sue the school if someone doesn’t want “Black Lives Matter” messages in class,
but then again,
the same Mom can sue the school if another kid has a “confederate flag” shirt,
or for any other reason.
Perhaps it would be easier to hand all of our kids starting in kindergarten over to commie leftist scumbags...
Her poor daughter will be one angry woman when she grows up.
Saw a stupid White SJW c*nt wearing a “BLM” shirt in the supermarket today. She doesn’t realize how blatantly STUPID she is signaling herself to normal Americans. Came within an inch of calling her out for it. And I’m a DemoRAT described POC.
How’s mom feel ‘bout a shirt that reads, ‘It’s OK To Be White’?
This school is not going to play that game.
The mother substituted one divisive symbol for another divisive symbol. “Game Over, Miss. Now git!”
There are several obvious and subtle versions of blm shirts being worn in my area.
Still polite and friendly people and no troubles so far because in the back of their minds, I suspect they look at us and still hear the faint strains of a banjo being played.
Thats NOT what the first shirt said - it read All loves dont matter, black lives matter.
Effing racist punt mother.
Yes!...pushback. People are getting fed up quickly.
Here’s an older story from a few years ago (not sure of the date):
Ninth Circuit Upholds Ban on American Flag Shirts in a California High School
Today, the Ninth Circuit affirmed a decision by a lower federal court in San Francisco that upheld a school districts ban on the wearing of American flag shirts on a California high school campus in 2010 during Cinco de Mayo (May 5th)a Mexican holiday.
It looks like mom pushed the wrong buttons.
People still got daycare? Where is this covid friendly places?
The only problem with this push back is there's like to be a lawsuit.
Nice child suicide bomber recruiting gimmick... in day care. And we thought Palestinians were the only filth doing this crap
OKAY! A reverse offended case! This is LONG overdue. I am offended by everything the SJWs and wokesters do. Warms my heart to see others feel the same way and they kicked the little girl out. I feel sorry for the little girl and anger toward her mother for using the little girl as a cheap political prop.
Racial justice shirt?
More like violent racist shirt.
Yep, a trigger as if she wore "My race, in your face!".
