John Kerry, you’re becoming rather careless in your obsession to be rid of this president. You have just implicated yourself in any act of violence taken for that named purpose.
They can now say they were inspired by your rhetoric.

I believe you call that an accessory after the fact because he is openly recruiting the possibility of violence. Defined as: a person who knowingly aids someone who has committed a crime. He will look good in stripes.
