And to those who send their children to religious schools - debrief your children daily. My son’s southern Baptist highschool was full of lefty indoctrinators, especially in the religion department.

SBC has gone off the rails ... again. They’re a pendulum swinging right, then left, then back again. This must be one of their left times.
We quit SBC about 9 years ago when I was to be in charge of music for that year’s VBS. I was given a fancy packet of materials including a DVR instructing in the steps of the “hip-hop” (their words) dances that would be taught. I returned the packet to Mrs. Preacher and said I wouldn’t be involved in that.
Someone else did it and, sure enough, in Sunday Morning Worship Service during VBS the kids all got on stage and did a rap/hip-hop routine that was absolutely revolting. That ended it for us.
When Dad did VBS, we studied hymn histories, Robert’s Rules Of Order, had Sword Drills, Bible memorization, missionary stories.
