As I an in Kanadhat and don’t have cable, I cannot get CSPAN. It is however, being broadcast live by Fox and I am getting it via ROKU.

With internet access on a smart phone or computer I think you can watch C-SPAN from where ever you are.
You have internet. Go to Golden State Times.
