My ANSWER WAS
DOES IT MATTER (THAT IT IS NOT A FEDERAL STATUE/MONUMENT etc.)
BEFORE you know it ‘they’ will be raiding your neighborhood and taking manger scenes and santa clauses from YOUR front yard (OR WHATEVER YOU DEEM ‘OK’)
The MORE OUR (so called) LEADERS let them get away with, the bolder they will get and the ONLY way to put a stop to it will be MASS ARMED, NO SCHIFF RESISTANCE.
If local mayors/governors/police chiefs don’t start popping pepper spray/mace/whatever and bashing a few heads the PEOPLE will start to take over and I don’t think it will be very pretty.
(ALSO, the more the Police ‘stand down’ the less resistance there will be for defunding and cutting back because ‘we the PEOPLE’ will say don’t want to DO YOUR JOB, just turn in your gun and badge)
HOWEVER, the way a good portion ‘bowed down’ to this mask and beerflu drama it is kind of hard telling who is who.
Kind of like your neighbor ‘biatchin’ about YOU and your love for guns then ‘suing’ you when someone attacks their house and you don’t go to his aid.
Some want it both ways and I am afraid it is far too many that want to ‘sit in the middle of the road’ trying to appease whomever is in ‘power’.
Don’t forget...If you are a ‘middle of the roader’ there is a chance you will get hit from BOTH sides.
