I think she participated in sexual relations with minors for many years. Based on the Netflix series she helped get the girls. They preyed on high school girls from West Palm Beach. Girls that were from the poor side of town. $200 to give a guy a “massage”. If they didn’t like it, they would pay those girls to get their friends.
They had been doing this for years, starting in NYC, then FL finally in NM and lastly in the USVI’s.
There were hundreds of girls that were taken advantage of.
Some girls were willing participants. Kind of like the casting couch in Hollywood. Most were used and abused and then disposed of.
