If they were going to suicide her it would have been much easier while she was supposedly on the run. I’m starting to think she’s been in federal custody since Epstein was arrested, cooperating with their investigation.

I am inclined to think that way as well. Undoubtedly, there is already a record made of what she will now be saying publicly. She is being brought forth at this particular time for a reason. Alive or potential assisted suicide, she has already done damage to those who would have preferred to remain hidden from the consequences of their activities at the Epstein compound.
