You can’t block entrances to abortion clinics, but you can block entrances to churches? If local or state authorities don’t stop this, the DoJ should. First Amendment... Does it actually mean anything anymore?

Well of course! The right to an abortion is right there in sort of plain sight in the Constitution! There it is—hiding in the “penumbra” of an implied right, the right to privacy. See it? Well, you can’t quite see it because it is kind of in the shade, but it’s there, seven SCOTUS justices saw it.

Now churches, well yes, religion is sort of mentioned in the 1st Amendment, and there is the bit about “free exercise thereof”, but that is subject to a lot of interpretation.

Yes, I’m being sarcastic.
