Me too. Graduated in 68’. The schools weren’t integrated until my senior year and that year was absolute mayhem.

Fads produce failure. And like all other government agencies, they demand more money to fix the problem. Which they get in every budget. Of course, they stay the same, continue to fail, get more money to fix. Wash, rinse, repeat.
