I have a third cousin that was involved in the rackets and while on a steroid rage shot his ex-wife’s boyfriend between the eyes and blew up part of the law firm that was representing her.
If only they had some care.
Lawlessness will abound. Also Governor Gruesome commuted a sentence for a murderer and the victim’s family only found out about it on the news. Gruesome and his henchmen are shameless.

The nitwit stupervisor actually said... “Closing Men’s Central Jail will restore dignity to our communities. People are not made whole locked up in a decrepit cell.”
If you’ve been hanging out at the county jail, you should have no dignity. You are made “whole”...it’s just spelled “a-hole”.
MCJ is a dump, and should have been razed and rebuilt long ago.
But that’s not what the board of soups just voted for. Some guys will just go up to Pitchess, near Castaic. The mooks in for “nonviolent” offenses will just be turned loose.
I spent a few days in Mens Central Jail back in the ‘70s. Man that’s a scary place. Gonna hang you up!
