Problem is, that is not what both autopsies said. Both of them indicated homicide, not suicide.

Homicide just means a death due to something other than natural causes. They didn’t say murder.
Wait until the trial when the defense can supply their own medical experts who can explain to the jury what a fentanyl overdose is. .
All it takes is one reasonable juror.

Could be “self-defense” or “accident”.

The Hired Gun for the family reviewed notes .
The finding is a standard comment not murder like other posters noted .
