usually when you apply for a trademark, isn’t there a search done to see if the trademark is available....within a year or two of starting their band, they were using “LadyA” predominantly....
Lady-A1 says she has been using it longer professionally, but Lady-A2, as I understand trademarked it. Legally they are probably in the right, but in this wokefest environment, it’s just another case of white privilege. Win-Lose.
