One of the things that doesn’t get mentioned much is that in many jurisdictions it’s almost pointless to arrest people for anything but the most serious crimes right now. Jury trials have been suspended all over the place due to COVID-19, and judges have pretty much given up on the idea of trying to reconcile that with any kind of “due process” requirements under the U.S. Constitution.

I think it more closely resembles a revolutionary war than a civil war.

Good point.
I thing there are a lot of people willing to organize and even take up arms..
But how to start? a declaration by several Red States? Do we need to decide on a uniform? Do we take siege of Richmond or perhaps San Fran?

very shortly, white people not wearing masks in public places will begin being arrested...and they will have no defense, because according to the law that they (and we) have supported for many years, a private entity such as a grocery has the right to refuse service to anyone not following their rules, no matter how stupid, and for that matter, they have the right of informing the authorities of the rule breakers...
