SO with McGirt, did anyone mention that McGirt was convicted of raping a 4-year-old?

He was challenging his conviction on the grounds that the Indian Tribe should've had jurisdiction.

So the Supreme Court just gave away half of a US State to protect a pedophile?

No, the Supreme Court said the Federal government has jurisdiction over the case and must be the ones to conduct a trial for McGirt. Treaties are the supreme law of the land. The Supreme Court didn’t write them, but they have a constitutional duty to enforce them.
