I just read the article. No amount of sophistry from Trump can obfuscate this. You can tell it’s amnesty by Ted Cruz’s comments at the end. Note that Cruz does not lambast Trump necessarily for enacting Amnesty, but only for doing it by “Executive “Fiat” instead of through the legislative process.
It is most certainly amnesty.
I suspect Trump let his mouth get ahead of himself again, or let truth out and now realizes base strongly disagrees. We must shout out NO!!!
