On that basis, Adam Schiff should be prosecuted. After all, he stated publicly, on several occasions over a period of two years that he had proof that Donald Trump’s campaign had conspired with the Russians. Yet, he withheld that information from the committee performing the investigation. Shouldn’t Schiff be indicted, tried, and convicted?!?
The sentence would be fair if it were applied equally to all.
Someone should ask Barr, How is Stone's sentence for lying fair if McCabe, who the FBI admits lied multiple times to them, was never even charged?

Schiff apparently has “Congressional immunity.” It’s not illegal for Congress to lie. The remedy for their lies is supposed to be the ballot box. Obviously, that’s not working.
Hillary and many others walk free, and most likely will continue to do so. Impossible to drain the swamp. Democrats are immune.
Flynn hasn’t been convicted of anything, and therefore can’t be pardoned.

Commutation merely gets him out of prison. Pardon does that plus makes conviction disappear.

I think to get a pardon, the recipient has to admit guilt. Stone shouldn't have to admit guilt for something the FBI refused to even charge Andrew McCabe for.

No - because Congress made themselves exempt from any such laws and can say whatever they want, true or not. Nice work if you can get it, huh?
i’ve never heard that an admission of guilt is necessary to be pardoned.
