The ambulance should have ran over the protesters.
No emergency lights on.
They’re really winning over hearts and minds.
No emergency lights = Then by all means block the ambulance
The protesters would have been TRIGGERED if the lights and siren were o !
They were rioters. Most probably cannot articulate what they are rioting for.
There were no protestors. Those were pedestrians crossing at the crosswalk and with the light. The ambulance didn’t put its light on or sound its siren, and just made a right turn. It wasn’t even trying to get through. This isn’t just fake news, it’s non-news.
“Rioters” waiting for the opportunity to become “undocumented shoppers?”
Those aren’t protestors if they do that.
“Run” dammit “run” ;-)
The story headline should be POLICE ROUT PROTESTERS WHO TRY TO BLOCK FIRE RESCUE TRUCK
All the protesters have been arrested and will be arraigned in several weeks upon their release from the hospital.
INCORRECT - Watch the video
Its the same idiots walking back and forth at the crosswalk to intentionally block the intersection.
.
LOL! Ya, right. You obviously didn't take time to watch the video.
Yes. The incongruity is very funny, but hard to fully appreciate with this grammar error. My wife, who is a retired English teacher, has often explained that effective communication is primarily about form.
The principal parts of common verbs should have been modeled by family and friends, and corrected by the 7th grade.
You are not alone a former boss of mine had this same problem with run. Here are the principal parts:
Some other challenging verbs: sit, set, put, buy, lie, lay.
Idiots, indeed. They never thought he’d take a right turn./s
Last week I couldn’t spell engineer, now I are one.
(Your wife must ‘love’ “Eats, Shoots & Leaves” Lynn Truss)
example
A Koala goes into a bar, orders a sandwich, washes it down, pulls his gun fires into the ceiling and walks out.
“HEY! Get back here, what do you think you are doing”
“I’m a Koala, look it up”
I am really getting to hate spell check, at times I may miss something (their for there etc) but it really cranks me off when I ‘miss’ it in my edit.
Since I know the difference between to and too and two it makes it worse when ‘auto correct’ (or whatever it is called (It is a good excuse though))
If your eyes hurt when reading a sentence or paragraph, good chance there is a ‘bad word’ or ‘phrase’ in the text.
I loathe auto incorrect.
You blind.
They were walking back and forth with signs and gated in from of the two black vehicles trying to proceed
