Three Republican lawsuits seeking to block Gov. Gavin Newsom from sending mail ballots to every active California voter this fall through an executive order have disappeared, victims of a Democratic bill that the governor has signed into law.
In the past few days, legal challenges to the governors May 8 executive order by the Republican National Committee and the California Republican Party, San Diego-area congressional candidate Darrell Issa, and a pair of GOP assemblymen have all been dropped or tossed out of court.
In all three suits, Republicans charged that Newsoms powers under his coronavirus pandemic emergency declaration in March didnt give him the right to unilaterally make changes in state election rules.
Republicans described Newsoms action as a brazen power grab, with Ronna McDaniel, chairwoman of the national committee, arguing in May that Democrats continue to use this pandemic as a ploy to implement their partisan election agenda.
In his order, Newsom said he will continue to work with the Legislature and the Secretary of State to put together final rules for the election...

Its unconstitutional
The Republican Party has been outlawed in California for years. The current vile governor (Pelosi’s nephew) is making sure things stay that way.
WEAK republicans as usual!!!
I will make it legal
We have a nation wide mail-in vote for the 2020 Presidential election and all civil war hell is going to break loose as both sides claim the other side cheated, bet.
That might be for the better though.
The Democrat controlled legislature made it legal. As Californias courts are stocked with leftists it will be declared constitutional too.
You might get the SC to disagree but I doubt they would.
The mail-in ballots? Are you sure? With the decisions that have been coming out of the Supreme Court lately?
I am not going to argue that, the Left libtards and company need a serious thinning out, was simply making a serious conjectured mention given the Grand Canyon sized political divide we have and how this country is very closely bordering on such a real possibility. Invariably, Do I want to see a civil war, no. This country will never be the same. But if BidenIdiot and company win, this country will never be the same again. So hmmm.
No doubt.
That’s why we should all be prepping NOW.
This is how the American Republic will end.
Have to admit standing up for what is right is often downright impolite.
I hope the GOP apologizes. Maybe take a knee before a big picture of Ho Chi Minh? /S
The Republic ended on Usurpation Day when both parties abrogated the Constitution and ALL of our elected AND appointed failed to honor their oath to the Constitution and swore in a non-natural born citizen.
Why don't these Republican lawmakers argue that, in stark contrast to hypocritical Democratic "All votes count" mantra, the states surrendered their power to make so-called "winner take all" laws for processing electoral votes when they ratified the 12th Amendment imo.
Excerpted from the 12th Amendment: "The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice- President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate [emphasis added]; [ ]"
Corrections, insights welcome.
Send "Orange Man Bad" federal and state government desperate Democrats and RINOs home in November!
Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping SARS-CoV-2 will effectively give fast-working Trump a "third term" in office imo.
how many dead cats will vote in this election?
No. Dems will win automatically. Because Republicans are wimpy enunchs.
Also forget civil war. The general public is docile. The pandemic MASKs, unchecked BLM/Antifa riots have proved that.
bingo
The Post Office will step in and make all the Votes Democrat
