I hope so. I don’t normally care for their type of lawyering but in this case.... go for it and bankrupt the city and every individual involved with this farce.

Unlikely. Prosecutors have absolute immunity from lawsuit, given to them by the Supreme Court in the 70's and 80's.
They are very, very protected, as are judges.
Police have limited immunity.
