Customers looking to purchase NBA jerseys with approved custom slogans on the back have found that the NBA store endorses anti-cop slogans, but “Free Hong Kong” was forbidden.
Several would-be NBA customers took to social media to report that the NBA’s official store had curious criteria for what phrases it will allow to be put on official NBA merchandise.
As the Washington Free Beacon noted, a litany of hate-filled phrases were allowed, including:

DEFUND POLICE
ABOLISH COPS
BEWARE OF JEWS
SNEAKY JEWS
BAN GYPSIES
XI FOR LIFE
CANCEL ISRAEL
NINE 11 HOAX
END TAIWAN
ENSLAVE TIBET
TRUMP HAS AIDS
PENCE IS GAY
UYGHURS LIE

The NBA and NFL are dead. If you don’t think so, then just wait until their seasons are opened up to public attendance and you see a sea of empty seats. It remains to be seen if MLB will be the next one to fall.
The NBA has turned evil. I hope that no one here would watch one their games.

If I didn’t know better, I’d say someone HACKED into the NBA store and messed with their jersey options.
To be fair, we are only talking about what their on-line system will let you enter, not necessarily what they would actually allow when reviewed by a real person. I don’t think the author of the article provided any actual examples of shirts with any of those slogans printed on them.

You can type in what you want printed...they wouldn’t allow Free Hong Kong but would allow Free King Kong.

Really wanted to take the family to a Mavericks game, see an NBA level game.
The last few weeks and this item in particular sealed it. Aint going. Wouldn’t go if the tickets were free. Screw them.
