I heard a pretty good explanation for this last night. Anyone who follows Parscale on Twitter knows he is all about data and the main source of this data were the rallies. After every campaign rally he would give a detailed breakdown on R’s, D’s, first time voters, etc. He was absolutely tuned in to that side of the operation. Well, now all that is out the window with a greatly-reduced, or flat out rally-free campaign for the 2020 election. Brad is very good at what he does, but there is almost zero opportunity for him to do it going forward.

Bill Stepien has managed winning campaigns before, even in blue states. This is good news, as he knows what he is doing. Hopefully he can carry Trump to victory!
