Yeah Republicans really got our backs all these decades. Who’s he kidding?
Remember way back when George Bush had the Senate and the house? Remember how we balanced the budget and got rid of all the illegals and so much more..
And how easy the Congress made it for Trump when it was all Republican?
And they still fool some people. Wow.
Of course we vote for them. They are the lesser of two evils.

If people like Rand or Cruz were in charge as opposed to McConnell and McCarthy things would change.
The problem is the leadership in Congress. I’m convinced of this. They need to clear them out and put proper conservatives in charge only then will things change.
Yeah but it’s really hard to beat somebody in a primary. The game is fixed. The money needed, the people needed, the crazy primary rules.
we would need to give up two cycles of elections to build a real Conservative Republican base.
Ironically we did that when Obama won twice but we didn’t do it on purpose. That led to a real conservative president.
I think Rand Paul is more idealistic and has more conviction than Ted Cruz. I think Ted is more of an opportunist. I’m not saying that’s good or bad I’m just saying what it is.
I don’t forget how many going as conservatives in their first term and within six months they are voting against us. They are either compromised or bought.
I could never run for office. It would take about six minutes for the deep state to pull something from my past to hold over my head.
And I don’t know anybody who has a perfect past

Drove through much of Penn. a couple weeks back and saw many homemade Trump signs
though of course not around Pittsburgh
or Philly.At one point just off an
interstate, I forget where, someone
had a mount of land with some kind of
Trump shrine and monument of sorts.
Philly and Pitt may overmatch the rest
of the state but who knows.On election
night ‘16 Hillary’s blue wall fell and
the state that seemingly put Trump
over the top was PA. Other than Phi and Pitt, working class, rural etc
The entire system is rotten to the core.
The few good people are on the backbenches while those who bribe and scheme their way to the top are in leadership.

And its both sides.. Plenty of liberals are not happy with Democrats voting to stay in Afghanistan for example.

I hope he continues. I think he was exhausted by a closer than expected Senate race.
Telling folks what they want to hear. The difference is that Trump actually delivers.
