School districts get federal funds based on how many students’ butts are in classroom seats.
I see no reason to change that generations-old policy.
No classroom instruction.
No federal funds.
No federal trough for the teacher’s salaries and VERY generous pensions.
I figure about a week of this before the children are welcomed back to class with open arms.
Last year... if you home schooled your children, CPS would come and take them to a foster home and have you prosecuted.
This year... if you send your children to school and don’t home school them, they will take them to a foster home and have you prosecuted.
