This is the reality of today’s world. Most whites don’t speak up about being treated in a racist manner, not because they are ‘afraid’ of blacks, per se, but all the side effects of being mobbed on twitter. Most employers seem to be spineless, and will not stick up for their employees.

Dozens of Wrongful Termination have happened, with apparently very little legal pushback.
Hopefully, this will change after a couple of very expensive,very public lawsuits. This is the only way such employers will learn.

Don’t trust the courts to help you. Truly they are just as bad as the rest of them.

You really still have faith in judges? Bless your heart.

It is difficult to see white anti discrimination lawsuits happening
1). Who is going to fund the lawsuit? The middle class white person who unfairly loses a job doesn’t have the means. Social justice groups and government agencies, aren’t going to fund white discrimination lawsuits. In fact the government, with its unlimited resources, will likely be on the opposing side (defense) and funding it.
2). The best attorneys and law firms won’t take on such lawsuits. They don’t want to incur the wrath of the media and leftist organizations. Plus they make too much money on minority discrimination lawsuits.
3). The risk of drawing an unfriendly liberal judge to hear the case is high.
4). If it goes to jury trial, a mixed race jury may vote on racial lines. If so the plaintiff loses.
5). If the plaintiff loses in the first round, appeals are expensive and can take years to work their way through the system. Even if the white can get funding, can she or he afford to put life on hold for years?
5). Forget finding a new job if you are involved in litigation against a former employer.
6) Be prepared to be ostracized by former friends, coworkers and family. Even if you have the personal fortitude to withstand the hatred of others, how many will subject ther spouse and children to years of psychological warfare by institutions and other people.

You can see the white cowardice on display in the television commercials and who the black characters play versus who the white characters play, because “we mustn’t offend those people”.

This is the big issue. It's difficult to even talk about any of these kinds of issues, when your entire livelihood can disappear just from something you say on your own time. You don't even have to talk any actions, just saying something nowadays can be enough to get the axe. And, as you get into a bigger and bigger company, it certainly seems that they tend to become more and more liberal. Very odd.

Not sure if anyone here saw it, but there was an article on FR a day or two ago about Cisco hosting a 'race' conversation with all their employees, then firing a couple hundred who weren't down with the struggle enough.
