If it is one of the “most conservative” then we are truly in trouble. It does NOT have a Godly leadership at present. It grieves me because it’s my alma mater, but no, it has been drifting left for some time. The required weekly “Chapel” meetings have been a forum for every left-wing unBiblical heresy and New Age nonsense for some time. I knew of some people who went to Hardin Simmons in Abilene. I thought it was a good school, back in the 70s, but since they kicked that white female out, for something stupid, I figured it can’t be a good place anymore.
