Feel bad for ya. I’ve been retired since 2011 and I still remember the useless yearly diversity crap we were required to attend. Probably went on for 10 or 11 of the last years before I bailed out. As usual there were a couple of folks who found it beneficial(?) but the majority, not so much. Must be worse now. Always had to be careful about comments made that could be overheard. Even if they were meaningless to you and who you were conversing with.

A lot of people used to think they could say something benign like 'All Lives Matter' to show that they are inclusive and honor and repect everyone. Those people are now living in a van by the river hunting rats for food because they are no longer empoyable.
Say nothing when there is a room foll of snowflakes encouraging you to bare your soul. Nothing!
