Are they counting illegal immigrats during the emmuneration and how to they distinguish between them and the tourists? Without documents, how can we be sure that they are residents and not just the Griswolds of Austria looking for Wally World.
Well, that will work in the honest, conservative, areas, but not in the Black Panther controlled areas such as Phillie-dufuss.
They’re foreign nationals illegally in this country. Do we count foreign tourists at Disney World in the census? Of course not.
