Less than you’d think, and those people are already here in the US anyway. Also, headcount increases Texas’ political clout, so it’s a tradeoff.

Fact still remains that Phoenix is a terrible place to do large scale manufacture due to local resources alone.

I don’t care about Phoenix. Demographics is destiny. We here in Texas seem to want to subsidize illegals going to college and bring in companies that are progressive.
