She says that made her feel unwelcome. “Racism does not have to be a word. Racism does not have to be a name that you call me. Racism can be how you fail to look at me in my eyes,” Robinson said.

All you have to do is put on a BLM button, and the ability to read minds and become a Thought Enforcer is yours.

I cannot count the times when people of color have failed to look me in the eyes or even said a polite word of thank you at the end of a large transaction at the grocery store. I do make a point of thanking them for their help anyway. That’s probably racist too in their minds.
