I could solve this problem easily and fairly.

The need to modify the system so that employers can designate who they have offered jobs to (to come back to work).

Everyone who has not received a reported offer to return to work should continue to get their unemployment plus the $600

Everyone who has received an offer but refused should lose their compensation.

Everyone who has received an offer to return and accepted should should receive $250 from their respective unemployment bureaus for 6 months regardless of their wages

No you couldn’t. The federal government is incredibly bad at tracking anything. by the time they figured out who was offered at work and who denied it and for what reason, because there are valid reasons besides money, nothing would get done and everyone would keep getting the ridiculous ridiculous $600 a week
