You know, this is not good. However, the argument for shutting down a water park under a “health emergency” is at least arguably Constitutional. It is not Constitutional, though, if applied unevenly to different businesses without a rational reason. I don’t know all the facts in this Washington State case.
BUT,CHURCH WORSHIP is an enumerated right contained in the Bill of Rights. The way some courts have summarily dismissed the right to worship should be terrifying to all of us.
Wake up America no such thing exists anymore. Just like private property, you can't truly own a home if the government can tax you out of it, you can only rent it fro the government so long as you pay the rent.(tax)
