You are correct. Every “mostly peaceful” protester who gives cover to the arsonist, vandals or looters is an accessory to the crimes. If the supposedly peaceful protesters were not there, the police could easily arrest those smashing windows and starting fires.

Trump could declare that the protesters are right wing extremists and he's just protecting the cities from their evil influence.
They want an overthrow and EVERYTHING FREE.

Another woman mayor not enforcing the law to protect citizens. Apparently our problem is as much women mayors in Seattle , Chicago and Oakland and and beta male mayors as Frey of Minneapolis and Wheeler of Portland as it is the rioters as well as the people who refuse to recall them.
