That looks like a grey Karen. They’re at many SJW protests, too. And, she’s a little dog lover; likely has no children/grandchildren to mother (childless or they distance from her), so a little dog is a totally controllable substitute child to mother and feel love for and from (such gals don’t get big dogs).
