This is NOT why Paul was beat up. Yeppir. Whenever reading a MSM news story, they lead with a falsification, treating it as a fact. They know most people will accept the falsification, and redirect the argument to the length of sentence. Good catch.

Rand has always maintained it was political but the courts have not recognized this for some reason.
If it was Schumer the guy would get 10 years.
