Former Vice President Joe Biden was photographed during an event Tuesday holding talking points about Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), a former rival in the Democratic presidential primary who is in top contention to be his running mate.
As he answered reporters' questions at a campaign event in Delaware, Biden was seen holding a note pad with the first line under Harris's name apparently stating that he does "not hold grudges," seemingly in reference to a fierce clash between the two at a primary debate earlier this year.
His notes also underscore that Harris “campaigned with me & Jill,” is “talented” and has been a “great help to [the] campaign.”

Of all the democrats who ran for the nomination this year, Kamala Harris may be the most straight-up evil. Julian Castro could give her a run for her money though.

8 years ago, Biden looked neurologically well and engaged. Today, he often looks bewildered, or has empty eyes.

I think we all know that the answer to that is “NO.” Dollars to doughnuts these were the talking points in case a media person asked Biden about reports that Kamala had been dumped from the short list. I don’t take it as any kind of hint that they’re putting KH on the ticket. In fact, it may even signal the opposite.
The other side has notes about the guy in the mirror so he doesn’t forget who he is.
