As coronavirus continues to spread, bipartisan officials across the country and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have supported mail-in voting as a pandemic-safe option for the upcoming election.
Despite having voted by mail himself on previous occasions, President Donald Trump has frequently pushed back on the concept, claiming without evidence that it would lead to widespread voter fraud and a "rigged" election.
Asked about the issue in a House Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday, Attorney General William Barr said he had "no reason to think" that the upcoming election will be "rigged." But he did say he believes that "if you have wholesale mail-in voting, it substantially increases the risk of fraud."

You have to request an absentee ballot. I’ve done it a few times.
They want ballots mailed to every mailbox in the country.
Cause they’ll counterfeit a dossier about peeing on hotel beds. But they’d NEVER counterfeit ballots.
Its “common sense” because we expect foreign countries like Russia and China to disrupt our elections if there are easy ways to do it. Its the same common sense that has kept us from adopting electronic voting over the internet even though we use it to access our bank accounts every day.
It is common sense, and since CNN and others have no common sense they don’t understand the statement. Anyone hoping to influence the outcome of the election will be producing and mailing in ballots. That could include foreign or domestic actors.

One of the talking points in the recent star trial of Barr was that it is not possible for foreign countries to interfere in our elections.

I don’t recall encountering a MSM “fact checker” even once during the entire 8 years of the Obama administration.
