The only ‘health’ impacts I see is that kids will have a lot more trouble obtaining contraceptives and girls will have a lot more trouble obtaining abortions without their parents knowing.
Other than that, it’s hard to see a health downside.
If kids can’t easily obtain contraceptives and girls can’t easily obtain abortions I see that as an upside.
