Skip to comments. The dangerous case of Dr. Bandy Lee

So who is Dr. Bandy Lee who suffers from an extreme case of Orange Man derangement syndrome? And more importantly, why should anyone listen to her ramblings? Typical of so many suffering from Veruca Salt rage (American Thinker, September 21, 2020, Explaining the Narcissistic Rage of the Left), Lee seems incapable of accepting that her candidate lost the 2016 presidential election. Would she term this Malignant Narcissistic rage?
Dr. Lee is a Yale School of Medicine forensic psychiatrist. Her armchair diagnosis of Donald J. Trump, whom she has never personally evaluated, not only undercuts her profession but reveals herself as being guilty of what she is accusing; her rhetoric is dangerous.
Dr. Lee seems intent on presenting herself as respectable while at the same time, teetering on malpractice. To begin with, Lee never identifies herself as a far-left political activist and part of a cesspool of anti-American academics. She claims to anyone who will listen that Trumps discussions about defending America are violent behavior. Her protestations may appear crazy. They are. In her ghoulish attempt to hurt the president, she is camouflaging her left-wing agenda by hiding behind her respectable profession. That alone is dangerous to those who are listening to her lies and false knowledge.
Lee is a violence expert. She regularly speaks about the presidents dangerous verbal aggression within the framework of her toxic verbal aggression. Lees apocalyptic rhetoric painting a false picture of a duly elected president, using her degree to elicit respect, is unethical. If she were to state her opinions apart from touting her psychiatric profession, it would be her free speech right.

1. Obtaining a PhD is an act of convincing other fools that your foolish thesis isn't foolish.
2. Numerous folks with a PhD in pshychiatry need some serious psychiatric help.
3. Not eveybody finishes at the top of the class.
4. Nuttbaggery is rampant with H8ers of OMB.
I remember Veruca Salt from the 90s. I always had a thing for Louise Post.
Yup. She sure is a piece of work.
IIRC, her qualifications were ezamined a couple of years ago.
She’s not qualified to be making these diagnoses. She doesn’t have the credentials.
She is an MD. She may have an additional PhD but psychiatrists ar mds or dos
Mark Levin interviewed her on air last year.
Romans 1:22 comes to mind.
A reporter once asked Michael Winner, director of “Death Wish,” why there was so much violence in his films.
Winner grabbed the guy’s tape recorder and hurled it into a wall, where it shattered.
Didn’t he absolutely shred her?
She shredded herself. What a Looney Marooney.
Psychiatrists enjoy the highest suicide rate among all physicians. Psychologists are mostly neurotic nutbags.
If you feel you have a personal problem, why go see someone who is far more messed up than you think yourself to be?
As John Wayne put it, “Out here, pilgrim, a man learns to solve his own problems”.
“Crazier than a Bandy Lee” - sounds like a clever Outback slur.
The amazing thing is she still has her medical license.
Anesthesiologists hold that title. Psychiatrists prescribe psychiatric medications. They rarely counsel. That is the work of psychotherapists and other counselors.
So, a psychiatrist only prescribes once a client is referred to him by mental health professionals? OK, makes sense.
But what would drive an anesthesiologist to suicide? I knew Army doctors who chose anesthesiology because it was the `bloodless’ specialty in the surgical field.
Maybe it’s the stress; I was told by one that during surgery the anesthesiologist walks a tightrope maintaining a precise level of anesthetic that produces insensibility but nothing more.
Anyway, this Dr. Bandy Lee is highly unprofessional by offering a supposed diagnosis with no actual examination of her “patient”.
Or referred by primary care or a crisis center or self referred.

Yes, it is a high stress job with not many bennies
I just listened to the interview. She is a weak-minded moron. Somehow got to Yale. What a POS.
