If you are a parent paying for your child’s “education”, reduce their stipend by the exact % of their tuition of any of these classes they take. If they are taking 5 classes and 1 of these is this BS. only give them 80% of the total bill. If you pay for this crap, you support it. If your child raises a stink with you, tell them to pay for the whole thing themselves.
