Trump - in his own words - at 4:15 of the interview - says that he closed down the economy...which is what I have been trying to tell people for 4 months.

and if he didn’t he would have been crucified by MSM. He had no choice, as it is they accuse him of a month of inaction causing the death of Americans. Sweden’s approach was the best one but no way Trump could do it.

Talk about the ultimate awful dilemma. Destroy the economy or be at least partly responsible for thousands of deaths. Full-on Kobayashi Maru situation. I think the President did the best he could, hoping for the best, taking the most optimistic things his advisers told him instead of the worst.
