That's what I understand. The major change in the law was that now you don't have to give them a reason why you want to vote by mail (absentee). Though like I said rumors are flying that Tom Wolf is going to do a stroke-of-the-pen EO using his COVID-19 emergency powers to do it California-style. I hope Trump's reluctance to rein in COVID Nazi Governors does not come back to bite him.

When I lived in Penn. a few years ago, I remember one election getting mailed an application for an absentee ballot.

But what I most remember is getting a Penn. ballot after I had already left the State. Not sure how up and up that State actually is. Remember how one precinct in Philadelphia received zero votes for Romney Rat?
