The so called "Dr. Jill" in reality teaches ESL — English as a Second Language at a community college. You know, all those tawny inbred Mohammed worshipers learn useful phrases from Doctor Jill: "Sit down, this plane is being hijacked." or "You have blasphemed the prophet! I am cutting your throat!".
