I'm a member of Restore Washington and yes, His Idiocy, Jay Dimslee is way out of control.His edicts are unnecessary and unconstitutional.
Unfortunately it's too late to get this on the November ballot.

Not sure about WA, but OR needs to get ahead of these emergency declarations by requiring that the nature of the emergency be stated in the declaration. Limitations on duration would certainly be helpful, though.
