WASHINGTON — Presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden shrugged off a question Tuesday about taking a cognitive assessment test, which President Trump has challenged him to do — while misrepresenting what the test measures.
In an exchange with CBS’s Errol Barnett during a wide-ranging, multi-moderator interview at a conference of Black and Latino journalists, Biden balked at Barnett’s question about whether Biden had even taken an exam.
“No, I haven’t taken a test. Why the hell would I take a test?” responded Biden, who then posed a rhetorical analogy.
“C’mon man,” he chided Barnett. “That’s like saying, ‘You — before you got on this program you took a test where you’re taking cocaine or not, what do you think? Huh? Are you a junkie?’”

My wife has it while speaking and just pauses till the word surfaces. One learns to accept the pause.
The pause would be unacceptable on the phone with a foreign leader

Somebody commented the other day that Joe Biden has been a politician for over 50 years and, as such, he is well versed in giving quick responses to questions.
When anyone looks at Biden today and sees how poorly he performs it is more than apparent Biden has major mental illnesses.
That would make an excellent campaign ad.
“If you don’t vote for me you ain’t black, or you are black and a junkie.” Biden seems to use the “C’mon man” phrase when speaking to blacks. He seems to think that talking “jive” proves that he’s down with the struggle. Pathetic.
So Joe couldn’t come up with the term “drug test” on the fly.

Truly. Unlike many of its predecessors, the audio is crystal clear even to me, and I’m hard of hearing and use hearing aids, and it shows his deterioration better than any of the others I have seen.

OMG, he made the racist cocaine insult to a black questioner "at a conference of black and Latino journalists." If any other human being did something like that in a corporate or governmental context, he/she would have immediately destroyed his/her career. It's the equivalent of using the "N" word.
I saw it. He responded like every single senile person I ever know.
Hostility-sudden and automatic. He needs to buy time for a response and make himself sound like he ‘gets’ it. Showing anger comes across that way.
Not only did Biden flub the phrase "looking forward" by inverting the order of the words, but the fake news reporter covers for him by translating what Biden said rather than quote him verbatim. Apparently the reporter IS a democrat junkie.

Biden is the face of confusion and senility. The Democrats appear to be as good at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory as Republicans are.

That looks similar to a picture of Hillary during last election...someone should post them side by side
I am not sure which picture and am having a hard time getting them to go side by side, but maybe these two? They both look like they might be on similar drugs, but Clinton looks like something triggered a mild epeleptic fit, while Biden just looks like a senile old man.
